Single shaft extruder

The machine for medium throughput quantities

  • For order batch sizes of 50 kg up to 15 000 kg
  • Special design and dimensioning for the material preparation
  • Melt filtration (mesh width 60 – 150 µm)

Double worm-screw extruder

  • ZSK 40 for medium throughput quantities with dosage units for up to 6 components
  • ZSK 58 for large throughput quantities with dosage units for up to 9 components
  • For order batch sizes of 50 kg up to 80 000 kg
  • Special processes such as hot granulation for high filled compounds are possible
  • Melt filtration for different highly pure polymers using various filtration equipment types
