Quality
To allow our part quality to be assessed in accordance with current standards, we attach particular importance to the equipment fit-out of our Quality Department. Equipped with everything from tactile co-ordinate measuring machines to optical measuring devices, surface gauges, a contourograph and a large selection of other measuring instruments, we are ideally placed to meet every conceivable measurement-related challenge.
Quality assurance
In-process recording and documentation are part of our day-to-day work. In addition to the standard audits, we are regularly audited and inspected by customers.
Traceability
Batch tracing for our products is a matter of course. And the fact that a high percentage of the semi-finished products we process are from Ensinger’s own extrusion department represents another clear quality advantage.Quality assurance, biocompatibility testing (also batch-related, such as TECAPEEK CLASSIXTM); ultrasound, seamless traceability, works test certificates.
