TECASINT 2000 and 3000 for direct formed series parts
The TECASINT 2000 DF range comprises infusible high-temperature polyamides for the manufacture of low-cost precision volume components using the die pressing technique.
TECASINT 2000 DF
The material has excellent long-term thermal stability and low creep tendency under mechanical stress. TECASINT 2000 DF is also characterized by good impact strength and a high modulus of elasticity.

The material offers extremely long-term thermal stability coupled with low creep tendency under mechanical load. In comparison to TECASINT 2000 DF, TECASINT 3000 DF is also characterized by a high level of toughness and low water absorption.
