In our state-of-the-art injection moulding plant in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen, we produce sophisticated precision components and complete assemblies. Our customers are offered a wide-ranging selection of high-performance plastics, including individually tailored, filled compounds. Together with multi-component injection moulding, insert moulding is also gaining increasingly in significance. The most important fields of application for our products include the automotive industry, medical technology, aerospace and mechanical engineering.

Our engineers offer you their support in the selection of materials and component design based on the plastic types used. A team of experienced designers and our own tooling shop are on hand to offer a precisely dimensioned and economical solution for every application. Because our components frequently guarantee elementary, safety-relevant functions, we impose the most stringent standards on quality. Zero defects production is the benchmark we aspire to.
In order to guarantee a consistent standard of quality, we use automated test processes such as industrial image processing. Furthermore, our work and procedures undergo an ongoing process of review and optimization. Continuous improvement is practised in small steps, not only by external auditors but also by our own personnel, for instance within the framework of the Ensinger Improvement Instrument (EVI). The achieved level is assured at all times by the implementation of standards.
The injection moulding plant: Minimized distances

The injection moulding factory in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen which first took up production in 2009 has a surface area of 17,000 square metres, and is designed to ensure the efficient production of precision components with an optimized work flow. Plant organization and quality management are geared to meet stringent industrial standards, and all main processes are closely integrated within the factory.
