Cham factory
The CHAM location in Southeast Bavaria is home to Ensinger’s biggest plastic casting factory. It is here that highly qualified skilled personnel produce both cast semi-finished products such as panels, round rods, tubes, and custom cast finished products made of PA6G. The semi-finished products are then sold through the company headquarters in Nufringen – while custom cast products in PA6G are sold direct from the Cham location. Alongside the production of standardized articles, the Cham plant is also the location for further development of our casting materials and the development of completely new moulded parts.

Linz factory
At our LINZ location in Austria, a team of highly motivated specialists is involved in the development of our Nyrim/TECARIM material. The basis of this special material is also a PA6G, but its processing method and characteristics are significantly different.
International production
Among the 26 production and sales locations worldwide are five casting factories. Alongside the European locations in Cham and Linz, cast polyamides are also produced in the USA and Brazil.
